NATION Union Agriculture Minister launched PGS-India, Soil Health Card and FQCS Web Portals i. Union Agriculture Minister Radha Mohan Singh on 15 July 2015 launched 3 web portals viz. NATION PM Modi launches Skill India mission at Delhi i. Prime Minister Narendra Modi launched 1500cr ambitious Skill India mission aimed at giving vocational training youth in the country to meet "manpower needs of the world." ii. The event saw a large turnout of Union ministers including finance minister Arun Jaitley and defence minister Manohar Parrikar as well as chief ministers. NATION India stands second on trust in national government: survey i. India has secured second position amongst 40 countries in a survey of trust in national governments for 2014 conducted by the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD). Switzerland has emerged at the top with Norway coming in third. ii. NATION ISRO successfully launched five British satellites into space i. Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) on 10 July 2015 successfully launched five British satellites into space from the first launch pad of the Satish Dhawan  Space Centre, Sriharikotta. This was the heaviest commercial luggage carried by a PSLV rocket to date. ii. These all satellites, built by Surrey Satellite Technology Limited (SSTL) and weighing 1440-kg, were launched aboard the 13th flight (PSLV-C28) of the Polar Satellite Launch Vehicle (PSLV).  iii. These satellites are three identical DMC3 optical earth observation satellites and two auxiliary satellites, viz., CBNT-1 and De-OrbitSail. Nation Tata Group to sign 3 MoU's with Tripura government  i. A delegation of Tata executives led by its Chairman Emeritus Ratan Tata will sign three Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), a government official has said. ii. Chief Secretary Y P Singh said an MoU would be signed with the department of Industries and Commerce for providing higher technological know-how to two Industrial Training Institutes (ITI) in West Tripura district and Dhalai district. iii. Nation Adani Group to set up 650 MW solar power plant in TN i. The Adani group on Saturday entered into an agreement with Tamil Nadu government to set up a nearly 650 MW solar power park at Ramanathapuram-Kamudhi belt with an estimated investment of Rs 4,536 crore. ii.
